Scene Description Feluda surreptitiously follows the man. As he goes through the meandering gullies of Banaras and ends up in a decaying pre-colonial mansion, his suspicions are proved right. The baba is a rogue saint. His long hair and beard, red shrug, are all part of a costume. The imposter probably has a purpose, and his sudden appearance and disappearance from the ghat can only suggest that he is one of Maganlal's smugglers. (16/29)
