In this film, Kundan shah opts for broad farce with a strongly critical social message. The two heroes of the film are well-inentioned innocents who get taken for a ride by just about everyone. Shobha, the shrewd editor of a magazine \"Khabhardar\" decids to use the zealous enthusiasm of the eccentric photographers to do an investigative report on a corrupt Bombay building contractor.
