Mohla and featured a notable cast including Shammi Kapoor, Munawwar Sultana, Prithviraj Kapoor, Gulab, Naaz, K. N. Singh, and Roopmala. The film is particularly significant for bringing together Prithviraj Kapoor and his son Shammi Kapoor in lead roles—marking the first and only time the legendary father-son duo shared screen space in such capacity.
