Dev D (2009)
Dev is the spoilt son of a rich Punjabi Businessman who goes off to London for further Studies. Paro is the girl next door. Dev and Paro are childhood sweethearts. Paro's marriage to someone else catapults Dev into a self destruction spree of alcohol and drugs. Dev meets Chanda at a brothel. Chanda is the victim of a sex scandal and has turned to prostitution. Both are fighting the demons of their past and find solace in each other's arms.
