Body of Work

An adolescent protests against the sad routine of his daily life in his own way. His life is, indeed a series of repeated and unending gestures. His family members – all of who are women – seem to quarrel every day, but the young boy doesn't understand the reasons for their bickering. Quite naturally, therefore, he decides to leave the house and look for happiness elsewhere. But when he faces his fate alone, he realises that the one thing that brings these women together in their solitude is their pride. The Teenager is a coming-of-age film – rebellious, fresh, delicate and not without moments of humour.
