Pratap finds him in his dark room, with just a candle lit for light. Prashanto puts, music is his reason for leaving, the light of his darkness. The Gregorian chant is playing at midnight on a tape recorder that his brothers have gifted him. Pratap comes to appreciate the simplicity of Prashanta's life and the great gap between him and the sullied world outside where Pratap himself feels alienated. (15/37)
