Scene Description Siddhartha meets Keya the same night he left Lotika's appartment, disgusted. Keya is closer to the ideal woman for Siddhartha. Attractive yet modest, she makes him feel sedcure in his masculinity by idolsing him from the very beginning. The girl also repudiates her widower father's intention to marry her late mother's sister. Siddhartha sympathises with her distress and grows fond for her. (13/27)
