Scene Description Mahim meets a visibly aged Biswambhar to invite him for the opening of his new Jalsaghar (music room) which will feature a new and upcoming kathak dancer Krishnabai would be performing. Biswambhar declines the invitation but later when he hears the music coming from Mahim's house get the steward to open up his old music room and announces a concert with the same dancer performing at his palace.
