Scene DescriptionJai and Veeru are back in jail again after making Soorma Bhopali hand them over to the police for the 2000 rupees cash reward named after them. The jail is headed by an eccentric jailor, played by Asrani, who likes to call himself as "Angrezon ke zamaane ke jailor." With a Hitleresque moustache and mannerisms inspired from Charlie Chaplin the character added a comic relief to the otherwise grim and serious story telling. In a quest to orchastrate yet another jail break, the two friends make a plan to lure the jailor into thinking that a tunnel is being dug up in the jail and also a gun has been arranged. This particular still is from the interrogation scene of the prisoners after the said plan is revealed to the jailor, leading to Jai and Veeru's escape, using a fake gun as a ploy. (2/15)
